Availability of 3 Inch Weight Distribution Shank
Question:
I would like to use the blue ox weight distribution BXW2000. I have a 2021 F350 DRW with a 3 inch hitch opening. I do not want to use the 3 inch to 2 1/2 inch adapter because I will lose capacity. Are there any 3 inch drawbars that will work with the blue ox weight distribution head.

Blue Ox doesn't offer a 3 inch shank, nor do our other suppliers, which is unfortunate but the good news is that using a reducer sleeve like the B&W # BWRHXA2183 along with the 2-1/2 inch shank included with the Blue Ox # BXW2000 system you're interested in will not reduce the capacity of the hitch or the weight distribution system which is confirmed by my contact in the Tech Services department at Blue Ox.
