What is the Maximum Drop on the Blue Ox 7 Hole Shank
Question:
What is the range of adjustment from the top on the shank to the base of the ball in inches?

I spoke to Blue Ox and the TrackPro Weight Distribution System # BLU27FR offers a maximum 2 inches of drop or 8 inches of rise if needed. That is going from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. This is standard for their 7 hole shanks that come with this part.
If more drop is needed, however, we do have a couple other options available for the shanks. The Blue Ox Shank # BXW4002 will give you 4 1/2 inches of drop and 10 1/2 inches of rise. The Blue Ox Shank # BLU86FR will give you 7 inches of drop and 13 inches of rise. These do not come as standard on any of the Blue Ox systems and would need to be purchased as a separate part.
