Which Gears Used When Replacing Kwikee Motor?
Question:
I saw where LC379147 is a replacement for the Kwikee motor that has 366043 on it as a part number. I took my old one off today and the motor has one small gear that turns. That gear goes into the gear box on my rv. Will that gear n my old motor came off and go on LC379147? Or is the gear not needed?

The gear on the Lippert # LC379147 motor meshes with the gear in the gear box. If the old gear box is fine then you will just reuse it. Same for the controller. Hold onto the old motor, or at least photograph the stickers in case that information is need later.
