Does the bolt fit a Thule Spare Me rack?

We have what you need here.

First, though, the Locking Knob with Bolt for SportRack Single-Arm, Hitch-Mounted Bike Carriers, part # SR0018, is not compatible with the Thule Spare Me Bike Rack, part # TH963PRO.

The correct bolt for that bike rack is the Replacement Carriage Bolt for Thule Spare Me Spare-Tire-Mounted Bike Carrier and Ski Carrier, part # 915-0655-11.

If you need the knob as well, then use the Replacement Arm Knob for Thule Spare Me Bike Carrier, part # 753-0737-10.

Yes. I did some checking and replacement knob #SPN-104 also fits the Surco spare tire bike rack #BT300. The Surco bike racks all have similar top plates that take the same knob.
