The 18 guage blue wire on the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter Item # TK22113 is for trailer brakes.

Blue = Trailer Brakes
Yellow = Reverse light circuit
Green = Taillights
Brown = Right Turn and Stop
Red = Left Turn and Brake
Black = 12 volt power for 7 pole plug
White = Ground
