I would be happy to help!

The blue wire of the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187 you were looking at needs to be connected to the reverse light wire on your 2013 Chrysler Town and Country.

The connector will plug directly into the existing 4-way connector you mentioned that you have, and will allow you to connect to a trailer with a 5-way flat connector.

I recommend using a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to identify the correct reverse light wire.

I included a video of the # C57187 being installed on a different vehicle to give you an idea of what the installation will be like.
