Curt Bike Rack vs Swagman Chinook?
Question:
Was ready to order the Swagman Chinook until I saw the long wait time. Now looking for comparable options. Thought the Hollywood HR1000Z might be an option. My bikes each weigh 38#. What would you suggest or should I just endure the wait for the Chinook?

The good news is the Chinook # S64683 is currently in stock and ready to ship. Before you buy, I do recommend taking a look at the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085. The padded frame hooks on this platform-style rack adjust independently to hold 2 bikes of different sizes by the top tubes. Adjustable wheel hoops accommodate most bike lengths. Rack tilts down for easy access to cargo area and folds up for storage.

If you are in need of a hitch without breaking your wallet, I would get the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76136.
