Yes. The Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520 will work with an Adarac Truck Bed Ladder Rack like the Pro Series Custom; you will need to use the integrated channels in the crossbars with the t-bolts that come with the carrier.
