Hi would the Yakima Ridgeback 4 fit a OEM hitch for my 2020 Highlander? I am concerned about the distances for the safety pin.

We've actually had the chance to install the Yakima Ridgeback 4 # Y02458 on a similar 2017 Toyota Highlander as your 2020 model and found it fit and worked great. You can check out the review video link I attached for it on this page.
