Is there a 2 inch hitch mount one-bike rack that will hold a 50# ebike and has a ramp available for loading? Thanks

While there isn't a single-bike e-bike rack with a ramp setup for what you need we do have the Yakima OnRamp part # Y36FR which fits a 2 inch hitch has more than enough weight capacity and has a ramp like you are wanting.

Since your bike rack is the older Swagman Original the #SP129T would fit as a replacement shank.
