The bike rack I highly recommend for a pair of 60 lb e-bikes is the Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack # Y36FR.
The reasons I really like the OnRamp is because of its value; compared to other e-bike racks that have a ramp the OnRamp is more economical but still very high-quality. The OnRamp is rated for 66 lbs per bike and holds the bikes with wheel straps on both wheels as well as an adjustable cradle to keep it securely on the rack.
The cradles are adjustable so they can grasp any point on your bike's frame to accommodate different sized bikes, and the rack also comes with a lock to help protect your investment.
