Recommended Suspension Enhancement For 2010 Ford F-150 Towing Travel Trailer W/ Weight Distribution

Question:

I have a 2010 f150. There is 8” between frame and axle unloaded. With my travel trailer attached I’m using a 1200 lb. WD hitch. There is still a 2” sag on the truck. Do you have a product that would help me level the truck. Thank you

We sure do!

For your 2010 Ford F-150 I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-117-47 if your truck is 4WD, or # SSR-116-47 if your truck is 2WD.

Both of these options offer 1500lbs of support to your rear suspension, and will help to prevent sag when your travel trailer is hooked up, or when you are carrying a heavy load in the bed. I like the SumoSprings due to them not effecting the unloaded ride quality due to them being progressive meaning they do not start getting stiff until they are compressed, and since they do not require maintenance like an air help spring kit.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
