Will SumoSprings and Rear Shock Upgrade Work Together

I am looking to upgrade my rear shocks on my 2019 F150 FX4 and also purchase a set of SumoSprings to help with sag while towing. Will the SumoSprings negate the benefits of the rear shocks since they greatly reduce suspension travel? Would adding a stiffer suspension and sumo spring basically be the same thing minus the sag benefits?

You will be in great shape with these two working together the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-117-47 doesn't really negatively effect suspension travel as it is pretty soft to start and then stiffens when compressed. Unlike the harder Timbren counterpart you will be very happy with the way these work.
