Will 380 Watt Go Power Solar Elite Charging System Power Appliances

Question:

Hi, I have a Lance Camper 825 and want to install solar. The 380 watt solar panels and the 2,000 watt inverter look perfect. I have a honda 2,000 watt generator that powers my AC. Would this solar setup power the AC or the microwave? Thanks Thanks

For confidently being able to run appliances without much worry in your (very nice) Lance camper, there really isn't a better option than the amount of juice you'll get with the Go Power set up you mentioned, which is the following part:

- Go Power Solar Elite Charging System - 380 Watt Solar Panels - 2,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282184.

While the AC will still need to run off your generator (which would be true of any solar system due to the amount of power they use), the Elite Charging system has a 2,000 watt inverter charger, which will allow you to use your microwave, as they typically take up power in the range of 1,500 watts.

You'll also be able to use things like a TV and other appliances as well, as this system will have the amp hours needed for that, though you'll still want to monitor the battery usage with the solar controller. So if you like to go camping but still enjoy normal everyday comforts that a nice camper like yours can provide, you will absolutely get that with the Go Power Solar Elite Charging System - 380 Watt Solar Panels - 2,000 Watt Inverter Charger # 34282184.
