Will the Thule EasyFold XT Work with a 2015 Toyota Highlanders Factory Hitch
Question:
I am considering a Thule ebike rack, TH903202. I am putting it on a 2015 Toyota highlander. I read another customer comment on oem hitch issues. My hitch pin hole is 1 1/8 from the end of the reciver to the c/L of the hole. Will this work or will it require some modification? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have some solutions for you.
The Thule EasyFold XT, part # TH903202, requires a distance of at least 1-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the face of the receiver for the integrated pin to work. With a distance of 1-1/8", you will not be able to use the integrated pin. You could remove this pin and use another one like part # e95TR.
However, a better solution is to get a different bike rack. Looking at the features of the EasyFold XT, a rack that is similar is the Swagman E-Spec, part # S94FR. It's also a platform rack that fits a 2" receiver (your 2015 Toyota Highlander should have a 2" receiver). It's a frame-mount rack and can handle two bike up to 70 pounds each.
I've linked to video reviews of both of these for you to compare.
