There is a way to mount the Center Section for B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - 30,000 lbs # BWGNRC900 in your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500, and that is by using the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Dodge # BWGNRM1394. This will give you the rail kit that the center section will bolt into and is a custom installation for your Ram 2500.

The center section the #BWGNRM1313 is designed to fit is the part #BWGNRC900. This would be the same center section used when installed in a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 so this would be all you need.
