What Info Is Needed to Replace Disc Brake Setup of Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a triton SF-21 bass boat. I don’t know the trailer mfg. it is a tandem trailer with disc brakes on the rear wheels. They have not worked for many years. How do I identify the correct Rotor and brakes kit as well as the hub for the front axle.

You'll need to know the name of the brake manufacturer, the axle capacity, and the wheel bolt pattern to pick out all of the parts you need. On the disc brake components would be the brand info, you'd have to count the wheel bolts for the bolt pattern, and then for the axle capacity you can look on the axle for a sticker with this info or you can measure diameter of axle.

I also attached a link to a help article that covers adding disc brakes to a trailer that will walk you through process as well.
