Which hitch and light package is recommended for a 2020 Pacifica Touring? Thank you

For the hitch on your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica, I recommend the etrailer Class III, part # e98903. It has a gross tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds and maximum towing capacity of 4000 pounds. Those numbers jump to 500 and 5000, respectively, when combined with a weight distribution system. It works with Hybrid and Non-Hybrid models. I've linked to a video installation of this hitch for you to look at.
If by lighting you mean wiring to provide lights to your trailer, there are quite a few options depending on your Pacifica's style. My recommendations based on style are:
LX or Touring: part # 118723
Hybrid: part # C59236 or # 119250KIT
Limited, Touring L, Touring L Plus, Touring Plus: part # 118712
I've linked to videos of each of these harnesses below. If you meant something different by light package, let me know and I will help you find what you need.
