I checked with Thule for you and was able to confirm that the maximum weight capacity is 165 lbs for the Thule cargo box you asked about, which is the following part:

You made a really nice choice with the Force XT, because it is not only spacious and quiet, it is also really easy to use. The box has a lid that opens from either side to make it easy to access, and once you open the lid, it stays open until you choose to close it, so you aren't trying to put in or remove gear with one hand while holding the lid open with your other hand.
Installing it on your roof rack is super easy as well; the Force XT simply uses a clamp that grips the sides of your crossbars. You will know when the clamps are tight enough around the crossbars as there will be a very audible click - that's all there is to it.
