Does Thule Force XL and Force L Cargo Box Fit Factory Crossbars of 2016 Subaru Forester

Question:

Greetings, I was looking to into a rooftop carrier but wondering if I needed an additional roof rack to secure the carrier? 2016 Subaru Forester - there is a rack but I wasnt sure how fastened it is to hold a carrier Im looking at the Thule Force L or XL. Any and all advice is welcome, thanks.

I checked with Thule and their Force L part # TH6357B and Force XL # TH6358B are both a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2016 Subaru Forester. You wouldn't need any other roof rack components to install either box. They would fit your bars directly as-is.
