There are special seals to convert your 3500lb rotors to oil bath, and they can be replaced with Replacement Seal For 3500-lb Axles # XLPROLUBE1980SEAL.

While we do not offer 9-3/4" rotors for your 3500lb boat axle, we do have the Dexter 10" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly # K08-435-05 which measures 10" in diameter, and is designed for 3500lb axles. This rotor uses inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, and grease seal # RG06-050(you will not need the grease seal as you will need the oil bath seals mentioned above instead), but they will need to be purchased separately as only the races are included with the rotor.

To convert the mentioned hub as a oil bath hub you will need to use the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit for 3500-lb Axles # XLPROLUBE1980KIT which includes the grease caps, oil seals, and lube.

For matching idler hubs I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # AKIHUB-545-35-K which uses the inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, but uses grease seal # 58846. All of the require bearings, grease seals, races, and lug nuts come included with the idler hub assembly.

I included videos to each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
