I have an option that you mentioned was not ideal for you, but unfortunately there is not a bolt on stabilizer jack with a drop leg that has a 6000-7000lb weight rating.

For that much weight the best option for you is the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979002 which have a 6500lb support capacity per jack which is right in the range you are needing, and have up to 24" of lift meaning they would extend more than enough for your trailer that has 18" between the ground and the frame. The # UF48-979002 are bolted to the frame as you mentioned, with the only downside being that you will need to crank them up and down with the included EZ-crank.

Keep in mind that stabilizing jacks are designed to stabilize a portion of your trailers weight, and are not designed to carry the full weight of your trailer.

I included a video of the Ultra-Fab # UF48-979002 for you to take a look at.
