Weight Distribution Hitch For 2003 Ford F-150 And Mallard M26 RV
Question:
Am looking for a weight distribution for my Mallard M26 RV, pulling with a 2003 Ford F150 S/Crew Cab. Was looking at the Husky 32217, didnt know if GVW and tongue weight would be correct for this set up. Any recommendations?

With the GVWR of the Mallard M26 RV at 8,600 pounds, and the hitch weight at 641 pounds, I suggest moving up to the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control Part # BLU77FR. It provides a tongue weight of 800-1000 pounds and a tow rating of 10,000 pounds. The weights provided from the RV manufacturer were unloaded weights. If you are to add cargo to your truck bed, especially behind the rear axle, and weight to the rv, it will be better to choose a system that can handle the total load and some.
I have added a review and installation video of the Blue Ox Track Pro to provide a little more insight.
