I have another option but the Replacement Mounting Clamps for TruXedo Tonneau Covers # TX1703561 you were looking at will not work with the deck rails on your 2017 Toyota Tacoma.

Since you have deck rails you need the Replacement Mounting Clamps for TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover # TX27FR.

I did some checking, and if you have a Truxedo Truxport tonneau installed on your 2012 Nissan Titan without the Utilit Track and you need replacement clamps you'll want the part #TX1703561 that you referenced.
