A 3500 lb axle would use a 10 inch brake assembly. For 10 inch self adjusting brake assemblies, I'd recommend part # AKEBRK-35-SA which includes right and left brake assemblies. The mounting hardware is sold separately as part # BRKH10B.

You'll also want to examine the armature surface of your brake drums, which is the surface the magnets ride against. If that surface is grooved or pitted, you'll want to replace the hub/drums as well, as the new magnets wouldn't get a good grab on the brake drum when the magnet is activated by applying the brakes.

A 3500 lb axle would usually have a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern (see the linked help article that shows how to confirm the wheel bolt pattern) and uses a L44649 outer/L68149 inner bearing. If this is the case, use # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which is compatible with EZ lube or standard spindles. The hub drums include bearings, races, a grease seal, a dust cap and lug nuts. It's even pre-greased.

The # AKHD-555-35-K hub/drum you'd looked at has the less common 5 on 5-1/2 wheel bolt pattern. If that's what you're needing, use # AKHD-555-35-EZ-K which is compatible with either spindle.

I've linked to product videos for the brake assemblies and the hub/drums I recommended above.
