It does look like the 2019 Grand Cherokee has limited clearance in the wheel wells and requires the use of low profile or Class S rated snow chains and you will want to refer to your owner's manual on which tires to use the chains on; it's most likely the front axle when in 4wd but it will vary.
The best available option for snow chains that fit the 265/60r18 tires is the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - K-Summit XXL - Size K77 # TH02230K77. These are low profile chains that sit exclusively on the treads, so your wheels are protected from getting scratched up, and the steel D-link chains have ice spikes to help give traction in various adverse conditions. The best part about these chains is that they're extremely easy to install, just place the chain on top of the tire, attach to the wheel and drive.
You could also use the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - Easy Fit SUV - Size 265 # th04115265, which are also very easy to install and the low profile design makes them ideal for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. These chains also have steel D-links with ice spikes for great traction and also offer protection for your wheels to keep them from getting scratched up while the chains are installed.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these chains for you to check out.
