In order to add a gooseneck to your 2019 Ram 3500 with the Mopar OEM Puck kit, I recommend using the Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 35,000 lbs # C60633, which is small enough to mount in the space not taken up by those pucks and will allow you to tow a gooseneck trailer. I think you'll really like that the gooseneck ball stores in the gooseneck hitch, so you'll be able to just pull it out, flip it over and go. You could also use the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1320 system that you were referring to, but it is slightly larger than the Curt system so it might be a tight squeeze to install it in the space limited by the OEM Pucks you're installing.

If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch that is designed to fit in your OEM pucks, I recommend using the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3670. The Companion hitch is renowned for being one of the most durable and high quality hitches on the market. It has a 1" thick dual jaw that provides better security and less rattle than traditional slide bar jaws, and the fully articulating hitch head helps reduce chucking while also making hookup a breeze.

I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at.
