Best 2-Inch Bike Rack without Adapter Sleeve

I have a 2019 Audi Q7 and am looking to purchase a bike rack to carry 4 bikes 3 adult size, 1 child size. My trailer hitch is 2. I was looking at the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4 and 2 Hitches but saw a review that said it wasnt great for the 2 hitch bc you had to use an adapter. Which rack would you recommend?

I actually have a REALLY good option for your bikes, but first I'll explain why the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR was not ideal for other users. The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is a very popular bike rack that has been enjoyed by A LOT of people even with 2-inch hitches. What might be causing extra sway is that an anti-rattle bolt takes away the side-to-side motion, but not as much of the up-and-down motion. This combined with a possibly loose hitch sleeve adapter would cause the extra motion that needed the anti-rattle clamp like # e99007. A clamp on your hitch really helps reduce the vertical motion.
Now for my recommendation, I'm a very big fan of the Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack # C18064. It has a solid 2-inch hitch shank and comes with an anti-rattle bolt. This will help a lot with fitting nicely into your hitch and reducing the sway.
The best part is it is tapered at the end which is perfect for your children's bike. My friend uses the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR and his only complaint was the tight fit for maneuvering his daughter's bike through the arms. With the Curt Premium 4 # C18064, you won't have to worry about that, especially if hers is the last bike on.
