Shackles are Hitting Trailer Frame
Question:
I have a problem with the shackles hitting the frame. have attached pictures, There is a 1/2 inch clearance empty, and a hair with a car on. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

The best thing to do in this situation, because you have such little clearance, even with an empty trailer, is to replace your equalizers with taller ones. To pick out a compatible replacement equalizer you'll need to measure the distance between the two lower holes on your current equalizers, along with the distance between the top and bottom holes to make sure you get the correct size.
For example, the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # TREQE34 measures 7-3/4" between the two lower holes and is 2-7/8" tall.
