I have a solution for you, but there are differences in the frames between the 2005 Honda Odyssey and the 2021 Honda Odyssey, so the hitches are not compatible.

If you need a hitch for a 2021 Honda Odyssey I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III # C13370 since it provides you with a 2" receiver and Curt hitches are known for the durability of their powder coats, which ultimately helps prolong the life of your hitch. Using a 2" hitch also provides you with a wider variety of hitch mounted accessories that can be used, so it's overall a great solution.

If you're going to be towing with this hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For a wiring harness I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One # 118753, because the Tekonsha harness converters are extremely reliable. To round out your towing package the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 makes a great choice since it comes with 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drop setups, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), hitch pin, clip and storage bag; this is a great choice if you might be towing different trailers periodically and need some flexibility.
