Recommended Crossbars for Roof Top Tent on 2016 Ram 1500 with BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau

I have a 16 ram 1500 quad cab 6.4 bed with a bak flip mx4 cover and was looking at the elevate track system and the Yakima hd bars to hold a roof top tent will it work Is it 300lb a bar or 300 between both? Or is there another option that will work without removing my cover

The Yakima BedRock HD Bars # Y01160-59 you referenced have a 300-lbs total capacity, not per bar; additionally it should be noted that when used for off road applications you'll be limited to 180-lbs total. The good thing about most crossbar mounted tent systems is that they're going to have a ladder system that will also support a lot of the weight, so you shouldn't have too much of an issue as long as you're under the weight limit of the tent.
The issue is that if you've got a BAKFlip MX4 # BAK48203 and try to install a ladder rack or crossbars, you're not going to be able to open the tonneau cover when you've got the ladder rack or crossbars installed in most cases. The reason for this is because most ladder racks have an inward tilt on the vertical bars that make it impossible to open the cover; additionally using those BedRock bars, you simply wouldn't have enough clearance vertically to open the cover.
If you were to remove the cover, you could use the Yakima BedRock HD Bars # Y01160-59 and this system would easily install by clamping on to the bed rails, so it's a really easy installation. It would also be much cheaper than swapping out to a different tonneau cover and ladder rack/crossbar system, so it's likely going to be the best solution in this case.
With all of that said, if you're going to be doing a lot of camping and carrying other cargo, I've got a solution that I really like that I'll mention. You could use the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rails - Retractable - Aluminum - Matte # RTT-80232, which is a retractable tonneau cover, so there's no worry about interference from a ladder rack/crossbar system and you'll still be able to secure a lot of your cargo. Then you'd need to add the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" Long # RRVA180B-RRRLT600. This system is also available with 65" long bars with # RRVA165B-RRRLT600.
