Yes the Epicord Battery Disconnect Switch with Key part # 277-000096 is rated for up to 12 volts. It does not matter if that is two 6 volts in series or a single 12 volt. It is rated for up to 50 Amps as well and you will be well below that.

Epicord Battery Disconnect Switch with Key - 50 Amp Item #277-000096 is rated up to 50 amps but will work with a 30 amp system. All it is doing is not allowing power to flow when turned to the OFF position.

You can use the RV Propane Gas Detector #RS64FR to replace your current Atwood 31013 propane gas detector. This will also use a 12v, 2-wire installation like your current detector.
