The Thule # TH903202 EasyFold bike rack you'd looked at would actually be the perfect choice for your bikes.
I've looked up the specs of both your bikes, and both would come in under the 65 lb per bike capacity of the Easy Fold. The only other thing you'd need to do is add the separately available fat bike tire strap, part # TH985101 to handle the thicker tires on the Lectric XP bike.
The rack would hold both bikes by either the top tube for the Verve + or the seat post tube for the Lectric XP. The rack also includes some great features like an integrated ramp to make loading the bikes easier, as well as locks to secure the bikes to the rack and the rack to the vehicle. The rack folds for easy storage and even features wheels to make transporting the rack from its storage spot to the rear of the vehicle a simple and painless process. Plus, the rack weighs less than 50 lbs so you won't hurt yourself installing it on the vehicle. The rack can also tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes in place, which will make accessing the cargo area at the rear of the vehicle easier.
I've linked you to a product demonstration video featuring the Thule Easy Fold XT bike rack.
