Will the anti rattle and lock mechanism work for Thule Camber 4, 2bike rack?

Yes, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 is compatible with the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack # TH9058. All you need to do is thread the hitch bolt through the hitch pin hole and attach the locking mechanism. This is also compatible with the Thule One Key system, letting you lock-alike all of your Thule accessories.

I also recommend the Thule Cable Lock # TH538XT to secure your bikes to your bike rack.

The Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock #THSTL2 is threaded specifically for the Thule racks listed on its product page. This is the only locking pin offered that is for Thule racks.
