Do you have a dock bumper for a 2006 Ford extended Econoline van E350? Complete with holes for tow hitch balls.

We do have bumpers that are a fit for your 2006 Ford E-350, though they are replacement bumpers, as opposed to dock bumpers. These replacement bumpers do have holes for trailer hitch balls like you want, and come with a mounting kit as well. The bumpers come in your choice of three colors, and I confirmed with the manufacturer these are a fit for your 2006 Ford E-350.
