Recommended Plates for Installing Electric Jack Mount on A-Frame Trailer  

Question:

Hello, I have a BLACK SERIES camper with a handbrake on the A Frame. do you have a bracket for mounting e-jacks near cross member on tongue? See photo. the second photo is with an e-jack from a colleagues Black series who i cannot find now. I didnt get the top section photo. You can see position on trailer at least. Thanks

Thanks for the photos. You will need to weld on a plate like the Bottom Support Plate for 2-1/4" OD A-Frame Jacks - 5,000 lbs # JSP-100. It sounds like you will need a couple of these plates to create a bracket instead of a reinforcement because it will need to be strong enough to support the tongue weight of the trailer.

Then the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black, Item # JET-5000 is a great option for your trailer.
