Our Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock # e99047 works great for many accessories that do not come with threaded locks, but whenever the product has a threaded lock designed just for it, I always go with that one. So since you're using the Yakima LongArm Truck Bed Load Extender # Y01149 you should get the Yakima HitchLock # Y07235 because it connects to the anti-rattle bold included with the Yakima LongArm Load Extender.
