Options for Carrying Two Bikes On 2013 Honda CRV

What do you recommend for 2 bikes trunk mount

If you're set on getting a trunk mount rack I recommend the Saris Bones, part # SA805BL. It's a simple design that's easier to get on the vehicle than most trunk mount racks. Fo ryour 2013 Honda CR-V you'll also need to use the Hatch Huggers, part # SA3035 on the lower hooks.
With that being said a roof or hitch mount may be your best bet to carry your bikes. Both options eliminate the contact with the vehicle and give you more options of carriers to choose from.
A hitch mounted option using the Curt Class III, part # C13119 is recommended because it can provide you the ability to tow a small trailer or provide an attachment point for other accessories like a cargo carrier. For a bike rack, I can highly recommend the Swagman Titan, which is available in 2 bike (# S63400) or 4 bike (# S63410) models. The Titan is a mid-priced rack that features an integrated cable lock, anti-sway cradles and an anti-rattle hitch pin.
Carrying the bikes on the vehicle roof is another option. If you're interested in this option let me know what is currently on the roof of the CR-V. It'll have either a full roof rack with crossbars, rails that run from front to back with no crossbars, or nothing at all. The style determines what parts you need to have a complete rack.
