I can imagine it is getting quite aggravating to have to change your load range E 205/65-10 bias tires like the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1HP56, but as you said, these are bias tires, and that is the only type available for 10 inch tires.

In regards to Kenda tires, if you are not familiar with them, the Kenda brand is recognized as being very high quality. Our customers who have them have rated them over 1,500 times (as of this writing) and given them a nearly 5-star rating, so the # AM1HP56 are a really good option.

With as much as you are travelling there isn't a lot you can do, though the one thing that I noticed was you mentioned they started cracking.

If your trailer is outside a lot the best thing you can do to alleviate some of the damage which can occur from the sun is tire covers, the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers - Black # 290-3975 or White # 290-3955.

This isn't going to alleviate blowouts on long trips of course but can help your tires last a bit longer in the summer as they will already be hot from the sun because covers will help keep them cooler. I wish there was a more impactful solution but for that many miles in the summer on a bias tires, there simply isn't a concrete solution.
