The Kenda # AM10066 tire you'd looked at is a 5.30-12 tire that carries a 65 mph speed rating and a 1045 lb per tire/2090 lb per axle load rating. This includes the weight of the trailer and its cargo. The tire would be compatible with a 12 x 4 rim.

For a 4.80R12 tire with a higher 81 mph speed rating, I'd recommend the Taskmaster # TT48012C. This is a Load Range C radial tire with a load capacity of 990 lbs per tire/1980 lb per axle including the weight of the trailer and its cargo. The tire is also compatible with a 12 x 4 rim.

Due to the higher speed rating and the fact that it's a radial tire that will ride more smoothly and shed excessive heat more easily, I'd recommend the Taskmaster # TT48012C.

I've linked you to our trailer wheel/tire help articles.
