Do You Have To Setup the Tekonsha Primus IQ Again If You Unplug It
Question:
1 if I disconnect the controller from its harness remove it from the car after use, do I have to do the annoying calibration processi each time keep increasing the dial number until the brakes lock up etc. - OR - can I simply dial in the prior calibration value using the thumbwheel and then I am good to goig ? 2 do you sell a Tekonsha harness extender 4 conductor with male on end and female the other end

If you unplug a wired trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller part # TK90160 you'll need to go through the setup procedure again and you will lose all your settings. The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 is something you can unplug and not lose any saved setting but that's all that I am aware of with this feature.
In regards to an extension harness, I am aware of hardwire options like part # 20160 but none that are custom plug-in-play. That said, you could always just extend the wires on the harness you are using.
