The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner part # ACM135CH is going to pull much more power than a ceiling fan would which means the circuit would most likely 1) not contain the correct gauge wire, 2) have the correct size circuit protection needed and 3) could be DC powered as opposed to the AC powered needed. Therefore, you'd need to run your own wires for the air conditioner unless you were replacing one that is already present.
