I installed this on a 2019 Fleetwood Bounder 35K. Is the chassis bracket suppose to rest on the tie rod?

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes Item # RM-RBK25-RSSA is actually the wrong steering stabilizer for your 2019 Fleetwood Bounder on the 35K F-53 Chassis with the V-10. That's why it is touching. It has an extra plate welded in the center of that bracket. You need Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
Item # RM-RBK22-RSSA. This is designed for the 35K F-53 with the V-10 engine.
