Trailer Wiring Harness on 2019 Dodge Promaster 2500-No Output on Brake Lamp/Turn Signal Circuits
Question:
I installed kit no. 118618 as directed. Ran power to battery with fuse, grounded the harness on factory stud. Connected t connectors to appropriate tail lights, tested for both power and ground which I have, but no power coming out of 4 Way flat connector for turn or brake lights. Vehicle tail lights operate normally though. Could there be an internal issue with the Box itself?

If you have power on the green and yellow wire leading from the T connection in the vehicle's taillight wiring harness to the converter box, but no power on those wires exiting the converter box itself, then the converter is bad and should be replaced. You'll want to check a couple of things first, though.
Is the fuse installed in the yellow fuse holder at the battery connection? Is the fuse fully seated? If not, it would prevent the converter box from outputting anything.
Are there any short circuits in the trailer connector on the vehicle, or the trailer or in the right turn/brake and left turn/brake circuit on the trailer? A short circuit to ground can destroy the converter box and if you do have a short, you'll continue blowing up converter boxes until the short is located and fixed. Check the connectors on the trailer and the vehicle side, look for white or green corrosion on the pins/sockets. If the corrosion is severe enough it can spread to the interior of the connector and cause a short or prevent the signal from getting through. Trace the right/left/brake circuits (green and yellow wires) on the trailer from the connector back to the lamps. Look for loose connections and pinched or broken wires. Pay special attention to the condition of the wire insulation. Cracks or worn spots can allow the copper wire to short out on the trailer frame.
I've linked you to a help article that will walk you through the troubleshooting process.
