For your Valley 7054 5th Wheel Hitch you will just need industry standard base rails. I recommend using a custom fit base rail kit for your 2004 Ram 2500 short bed. I recommend the Reese Semi-Custom Base Rail and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - Dodge Ram # RP30035-023. The brackets are a custom fit for your frame.
