When installing the Draw-Tite Class III 2-Inch hitch, part # 75684 on the 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe, the mounting bracket bolts are above the muffler on the passenger side of the vehicle. The bolts are M10 x 1.25 and can be tightened with a torque wrench to the recommended torque settings listed in the instructions.
If the bolts are hard to access you might try using a swivel head ratchet or wrench that will let you access the bolts. Also, in some hitch installations the removal of a rear exhaust hanger might let the muffler down enough to gain access to the bolts.
If you do not have access to a wide selection of tools I would recommend for you to get the bolts as tight as possible and then stop by a local auto shop and ask them if they can torque the bolts for you.
I am including links to the installation instructions on the Draw-Tite, as well as a helpful installation video for you to check out.
