Replacement Powered Landing Gear Set to Replace Ultra Fab Powered Landing Gear on Sundowner
Question:
I have a sundowner house trailer with the dual Ultra Fab landing gears on it. The trailer weights 10k empty. I ordered the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II 30 / 22 Gear Motors wiring Harness Kit UF39-841702, but they dont seem to have enough power to lift the trailer. Are these the correct motors or do I need different ones because of the weight of the trailer?

Judging by the condition of your landing gear a new motor isn't all that you'll need. Plus the motor kit you mentioned is for stabilizer jacks which are a totally different style of jack.
Your best solution will be a new Ultra Fab power landing gear set part # UF17-943010 which gives you new motors and jacks so you'd have an all new system that will work great.
