The Class I Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11555 can be used to tow a jet ski if you can keep the tongue weight of your setup below 200 lbs. The tongue weight is 10-15% of the overall weight of the trailer and jet ski. It looks like you may have a 2007 Honda CR-V.

I recommend Curt Class III trailer hitch receiver part # 13555 which is much more suitable for towing a small trailer because it has a 350 lb tongue weight rating. This option is much safer to use to tow the jet ski this summer. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

It sounds like you will need trailer wiring, T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118427. I prefer the Tekonsha brand over the other options because of reliability. This will give you a 4-Pole flat on the CR-V to plug into the trailer to illuminate the lights.

If you need a ball mount, I recommend to take a look at etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches part # c. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.

If you decide to use the Class I hitch part # C11555 (I strongly recommend not to), you will need the recommended ball mount part # C45521. For the ball you will need part # A-82 for a 2" ball or part # A-80 for a 1-7/8" ball depending on what your trailer coupler needs.
