Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Smart Plug side lever replacement kit. This kit is going to replace both the side levers on a single female plug. This will work for any size female connector, whether it's a 50 amp or 30 amp, whatever the case may be, they all use the same style side lever. And of course, these levers are very important in ensuring that our plug is staying in that male connector so that all the weight is being put on the plug body itself rather than on the electrical pins.
And so these are going to be a very important component. If they're not working properly, it's going to be very important to make sure that you replace those. So this is going to include the two levers, the pins to attach them and the little springs there that allow them to give you that compression power to lift them up.
