How To Measure For Replacement Bearings to Replace Timken Bearings
Question:
I just got some old axles Id like to see if I can still get bearings and seals. The bearing seals are felt. Seal is National 6984 Inner bearing is timken 25560 outer is timken 02475 it is 6 on 5.5 and shoses measure 12 inchs across. Any ideas..

I was not able to find much information about the dimensions of the Timken bearings provided. Please measure the spindle with a digital caliper and provide me with the measurements and I can recommend the correct bearing kit for you. I have attached a diagram of where to measure the spindle to get the most accurate measurements. You can also measure the inner diameter of the bearings themselves if that is easier.
